Providing recreational baseball, softball, coach pitch, and tee-ball for ages 4-15 and Umpire Training for ages 16+ in the Laveen /South Phoenix Area .

Registration fee is $70.00 for TBall, Coach Pitch, and Farm Divisions.

Registration fee is $100.00 for Minors, Majors, and Senior Divisions.

AnEARLY BIRD discount of $20.00 is applied if you register by midnight on February 21, 2026.

We DO NOT accept full teams for new enrollment. Newly registered players will be assigned to teams in their division.

If you want to coach a team, please register within the program. Coaches who coached the previous Spring season in the Laveen Baseball League get priority when openings are available.

Volunteers make our league great!

We are a recreational league accepting children of various skill levels. We strive to place players with classmates rather than by ability. Your child will play in the appropriate age group unless the league director verifies a safety hazard.We reserve the right to request a birth certificate to verify your player's age.

TBall(5U) Must be 4 years old by March 1, 2025.TBallis for 4 and 5-year-olds who will not turn 6 by July 1, 2025.

Coach Pitch(7U) Must be 6 by June 30, 2025.Coach Pitchis for 6 and 7-year-olds who will not turn 8 by July 1, 2025.

Farm League Division Baseball(8U)Must be 7 by June 30, 2025.Farm League Divisionis for 7-year-olds whohave played one year of coach pitchand 8-year-olds who will not turn 9 by July 1, 2025.

Minors (Baseball)(10U) Must be 9 by June 30, 2025.Minors Baseballis for 9, and 10-year-olds who will not turn 11 by July 1, 2025.

Minors (Softball)(11U) Must be 8 by June 30, 2025.Minors Softballis for 8, 9 10, and 11-year-olds who will not turn 12 by July 1, 2025.

Majors (Baseball)(12U) Must be 11 by June 30.Majors Baseballis for 11 and 12-year-olds who will not turn 13 by July 1, 2025.

Majors (Softball)(14U) Must be 11 by June 30.Majors Softballis for 11, 12, 13, and 14-year-olds who will not turn 15 by July 1, 2025.

Seniors Baseball(15U) Must be 13 by June 30.Seniors Baseballis for 13, 14, and 15-year-olds who will not turn 16 by July 1, 2025.

Umpire Training Division (16+)- Stipend paid position for umpiring Minor games. Must attend mandatory training sessions and live in the 85339 or 85041 zip code.

Please have your Umpire applicant set up a Sports Connect account and register under VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES for the Umpire Trainee Division.

Games will begin in March and continue on weekday evenings through May. Tball, Coach Pitch and Farm normally play 6 PM games, while Minors, Majors, and Seniors play 7:15 PM games.

All games are at Cesar Chavez Softball or Baseball Complex (35th Ave & Baseline Rd).

The League provides your player with a uniform shirt and hat.

You are responsible for providing pants (the coach will let you know what color), a glove, and cleats for Minors, Majors, and Seniors.

Please also keep in mind that we are a 100% volunteer league. If you see a problem, please volunteer to help.
